Happy July!
As we celebrate Independence Day this month, many of us will gather with family and friends, enjoy backyard cookouts, watch fireworks light up the sky, and pause to remember those who made our freedoms possible. It's a wonderful reminder of how blessed we are to live in a country where we have the opportunity to build a life, a home, and a future.
Homeownership is often part of that dream. A home is where memories are made, milestones are celebrated, and families grow.
You may be dealing with a house that needs repairs, an inherited property, financial hardship, major life changes, or simply realizing a home no longer fits your season of life and family.
That's why I started Freedom Roots Property Solutions.
My goal is to help homeowners find a path forward. As a licensed Realtor®, I help clients buy and sell homes on the open market. As a local real estate investor, I also work with homeowners who may benefit from selling their home directly, and as-is, without the need to make repairs or show it on the open market. When I purchase homes, I take pride in rehabbing them—bringing them back to life so they can continue to serve families and help keep our neighborhoods strong and thriving. And sometimes, the best solution isn't selling at all—it's simply having someone explain the options and connect you with trusted resources.
Whether you're navigating foreclosure, downsizing or upsizing, an inherited property, a fixer-upper, or you're simply exploring your options, my goal is always the same: to listen first, provide honest guidance, and help you make the decision that's best for you.
At the end of the day, real estate isn't just about houses—it's about helping people find the freedom to write the next chapter of their story.

Extra Tip For Nourishing the Mind this Month
💧 Hydration!
Did you know your brain is about 75% water? Even mild dehydration can make it harder to concentrate, affect your memory, and leave you feeling tired or irritable. Staying hydrated throughout the day helps support mental clarity, focus, and overall mood.
But hydration isn't just about drinking more water—it's about replacing the minerals your body loses in the summer heat.
Try this simple homemade "mineral mocktail":
12–16 oz filtered water or sparkling mineral water
Juice of ½ lemon or lime
A pinch of high-quality sea salt
Optional: splash of coconut water or a teaspoon of raw honey for natural electrolytes
It's a refreshing way to stay hydrated after working in the yard, taking a walk, or enjoying a summer day outside.
